Shattered Dreams,broken Hearts
10 March, 2004

My spirit cries out
Yet my voice is weak
I struggle with all fervor
Yet my future is bleak.

I've been left for dead,
My heart ravaged and torn
I lay down on the gutter
Enduring all hate and scorn.

What is wrong with loving you?
This is the only thing I know
But you've just shattered my dreams
And my heart you've broken so.

Now all is gone
My life ebbing away
There is no more reason to live
My being like a cracked pot of clay.
