My Husband
18 March, 2005
Author: Franca Adah

The wind wafted with smell of blood
It echoes too loud the world trembles
You came walk up to me,I know
You told me you'll come back soon

Others hide,You stood at the entrance
Ages come, you were firm as ever
Time has come, you must go,go!
If I had my way, You'll be right here

My heart, could not bear the pains
You must fight,defend our land
with an angel kiss, I close my eyes
Go my love as a brave Soldier

Nights I lay waiting,burning deep
I yearn for your presence
I cry myself to sleep with no choice
Longing, praying at the midnight hour

I can hear you,feel you
Blood running down your cheeks
Horror and pain, fear and disaster
the hour has refused to come

All you need do, remember me
Let our love be your shield
Never let fear be your master
Let my God be your comfort

I am proud of you
A hero you are my love
You must not give up, must not fail
Our country is waiting, I am waiting

Come back my love, My husband
Death is afraid of you
You must conquer, and never hear the cries
I'm with you until the end, till the end I will.
