My World
30 April, 2005

Dew clings on dying petals
glistening like pearls
with silent softness
it falls in
tiny drops
like the tears
welling up from
sad eyes
in them lies
the world
and a heart
that he keeps
for me
to take...
Would I forsake?
breaking the shackles
of closed minds
and freeing myself
to fly over
with air of love
he blows
beneath broken wings
to make me strong
and long
to live in that
heart..my world
to me.
