Time passes on with you still in my thoughts,
I knew you’d never leave me,
Even if only in my thoughts,
I see you in my bed,
I see you in the shower,
Everywhere I turn you’ve been before,
To say I loved you was never enough,
This I now know, so how did you?
I loved you every day and still do very much,
In time my emotions stand still,
Waiting for your return,
My head says move on she’ll never come back,
But my heart will never let me forget,
That we were always ment,
Tears still flow with missing your touch,
My heart still aches for your return one day,
My thoughts live in hope,
That you’ll walk through the door,
We’ll talk till we can no more,
Then side-by-side we’ll be till we talk much more
