Not Yet Dead But So Close

i feel that i have lost touch with reality
im fading away from the ones i love
i feel so dead to the world
nobody notices that i exist
i am just another minority in society
no one cares
when i scream no one hears me
when i die no one cares
i am left to slowly rot in this world
i'm not yet dead but so close
the world is so cruel
everyone has their own life to destroy mine
everybody wants to make it
but the truth is nobody will make it
we will all die someday
but we are all dying now
the world is someday supposed to end
but its ending today
nobody notices
not yet dead but so close
this world is so dead
it's full of mindless, cold-hearted people
bent on destroying my life and everything i have ever known
not yet dead but so close
these people who are preaching to me
lies of the christ coming to save us
why try to hide the truth ,nobody is coming to save us
we have destroyed ourselves
we have corrupted our minds into believing there is such a person
to save us from our sins
to heal the sick
to bring life into the dead
why hasnt he brought life to me
i'm so dead and numb to all feelings of happiness
love,and warmth
i feel so cold and lifeless
im not yet dead but so close
