Today’s a day I’ll never forget,
My mind still dazed you love another,
A thousand knife’s blades churning my stomach,
I new it was coming as I felt your fear,
You say you’re not in love to hide a scare,
If today passes and we still are friends,
Easy for you were never in love,
For me feeling will run high,
Our boys need now to know I’m always there,
I’ve never lied and to start I’ll not,
They mean too much,
If you one day awake from your fear,
I’ll be waiting for you to walk through my door,
Once I said you were everything to me,
Once I said you’re worth waiting for,
This still stands so please please try,
Come back to me and be my wife.

Clive...

great writings on all your writings...at one time i used to think that my pain would of been less painful if i would of lost my husband to another woman instead of to death. but the more i observe the pain couples suffer from their actual love for one another dying..i came to realize that their sufferage is far more extensive than mine, even as read poems of their loss, makes my loss seem like a minute scratch at the knee...i am so sorry if this poem is based on actual experience....thanx for sharing. True

thank you for taking time out to read my feelings,
written from my heart body soul and many tears.
A new experiance for me in 2004
