The Phantom Trucker returned from the dead
and decided to stop at this diner instead.
On many a lonesome highway he was never fed
because no one will be served without a head!

--

The dialogue between us has become a strain
as we operate from different sides of the brain
and this happy medium we'll never find
with a speed bump impeding our nebulous mind.

--

The hygiene of a baboon can make you glum
so always remember this rule of thumb
before you let your common sense go numb.
Lending him your toothbrush is just plain dumb!

--

The little balloon way up in the sky
lost its tug and they don't know why
so the little balloon drifts far away.
A child has disappeared sometime today.

--

They hang their heads in sorrow and shame.
The home team have not won a single game
as animal mascots cross the great divide
and begin to root for the other side!
