Thoughts From The Dead: 5 Poems

As you still search and ponder my fate
I lay here next door in a miserable state
and your neighbor Sam will be hard to catch
unless fresh earth is dug up from his potato patch!

---

With three sides to this story instead of two
the unresolved conflict between me and you
had buried the only other point of view
and sadly the truth was never given its due!

---

I look up to the bridge from down below.
There is only one person who will ever know.
They say I jumped but the reason was love
when you succumbed to jealousy and gave me a shove!

---

Your perfect crime would see to my demise
and never again would questions arise
but the guilty have dealt with the past instead
as I still live here inside your head!

---

Up here the mezzanine offers a good view.
We miss the living and that much is true
but your life is redundant when there is nothing to see
so can we change the channel from this reality tv?

Great stuff

Liked these poems. A bit dark and violent but that's why I picked these to read. They all rhyme and have a really nice rhythm to them.

Very imperssive.
