Our Earthly Customs Baffle The Alien Mind: 5 Poems

You Tube:

Of this You Tube we're still not quite sure!
It features inappropriate behavior without any cure
for an intolerant alien who is shy and demure
and frankly only suitable for what a jackass can endure!

---

The Perfect Cup of Coffee:

The elusive search for this maverick bean
which would highlight any coffee machine
as the most perfect cup they've ever had
is a priority which aliens find rather sad!

---

Noise Pollution:

The deafening silence of infinite space
has been lost to those who study the human race
when they issued the spectre of a failing grade
because the volume on earth was completely man-made!

---

Clothes:

What kind of signals are they trying to send?
When will this madness ever end?
Degradation it seems has become their friend.
Clothes as a concept is a disturbing trend!

---

The war we wage:

They've been through this so many times before
but the operative word is always 'more'
and so sloppy they no longer sweep the floor.
These careless custodians of perpetual war!
