The insect found the pond but didn't fly beyond.
The rat found the pond but didn't crawl beyond.
The frog found the pond but didn't hop beyond.
The snake lives in this pond and is now fatter beyond!

---

It could've been the food they left behind.
The campers certainly didn't seem to mind
but until he escapes the hangman's noose
this moose is loose in his old caboose!

---

He always gets caught because he sleeps in late
and being out in broad daylight will seal his fate
as the blues keep playing the same old tune
for a sloppy burglar and bumbling raccoon!

---

It's hard to dress an uncooperative bear
especially when he prefers to be completely bare
and the tailor received quite a scare
when the tips of his fingers were no longer there!

---

Their savagery and stupidity is beyond dispute
so we must always plan our escape route
and as the woods are diminishing we are losing our ground
when a human foot makes that familiar sound!

Mr Croc Croc

I loved your tales. I am afraid my grandsons and granddaughters won't be able to see the magical presence of the animals. This present MotherGoddess gave us is sacred. Why can't people see that? Why?
