Even when I'm dreaming
depression's flexing my mind
Every second is seeming
like a test of the times
You can hear me screaming
in the text of my rhymes
cuz it's a special of mine
to drop my stress in my lines
Sometimes I let it get the best of me
Like this life might be testing me
Or maybe it's just my destiny
to fight what hides deep inside of me
It might be time to set it straight
But the bed's been made just a bit to late
So here I lay my head to fate
and as clear as day my fears awaken
Maybe I have been mistaken
or maybe I'm just hallucinating
because all this time I've spent waiting
has brought me through
to see the truth from you
So when I feel it get the best of me
like when this might be testing me
I just embrace my destiny
and face what hides deep inside of me
It's quite the time to set it straight
and be right in the bed I've made
So here I lay my head to fate
and as clear as day
my troubles float away

Queen of Rhymes

Hey Shan, lovin' the flow. Have you made a song out of it? For some reason, I'm hearing a beat.
