Is There A Way
2 April, 2004

I've wasted enough time not saying what I should
But the truth is that I didn't know if I could.
But it's clear to me now that these sentiments are real
The question is now, do you feel what i feel?
I catch your eye from time to time
But the question still lingers around in mind.
Are you playing with me or are your feelings pure?
Because I don't quite understand you, so i want to be sure.
If I havn't shown you before, i'm showing you now
That I really care for you, I just don't know how.
You give me mixed signals, and I'm well aware
That when a guy looks at you, you won't hesitate to stare.
So I'm asking you this straight from the heart
Is there a way that we can never be apart?
Or should I say my goodbye's once and for all?
Because I can't go on waiting and bracing for the fall.
So spare my heart some releif at this time
And answer me this, would you ever be just mine?

Brett!!

I love those questions dedicated to your love! Wanting to know if she's playing games with you, or if she's pure and true! It's like saying, please let me know, if you're for real. Good one Brett!
