Become Unscattered

Music is my life, I use it as my light
As my way to fight through the day
New beats and rhymes ease my mind
As they explain what I've wanted to say over time
I spray line after line of mine to try to find
The words of way to take the hurt away
But radio waves say everything I've saved to say
Music has paved my way, I've changed, it stays
I use it everyday to put my life in line
I use it to run away when I'm stunned in pain
I do the same to find my way to explain
Painted lyrics seen across my face
You can faintly hear it, it's mainly seen in my stare
I'm put in my place when music's put on my plate
All pain is erased as I drift into what they say
I shift into a different shoe, and become unscattered
Everything lifts and I push through
There's music in tune, nothing else matter
